Tuesday Night Live from NY

So I took the picture above from my roof, which I didn't realize that we had access to until about two weeks ago but has become one of my favorite spots to go in order to get some alone time in the city. It's got a great view and there is almost never anyone up there. Things are going well here, plugging away at the job. Currently I'm looking into some legislative history (look out Hannah, lawyers and Congressmen really know how to write long documents...) for some FDA laws that currently govern how certain products are tested. For now its tons of reading because I get to start this project. It's really interesting stuff and I'm enjoying the chance to explore it and in some ways set the direction of the project, but I'm definitely looking forward to the part of the job where I get to do interviews and observations down in the hospital. We work in the same building as the main hospital. I walk by the ER entrance every day on my way to our suite on the 15th floor.

I've been slowly exploring the literally 10 thai restaurants that are in a 2 block radius of my apartment, so Dan and Hannah if you guys come back to NY to visit, I already have two favorites... My roommate moved in last week, and things are going well so far. He doesn't start work until mid August so he's doing what I did for the last two weeks of June. Also I've slowly been recruiting more people to watch How I Met Your Mother, clearly everyone I show it to likes it. I went a party with mostly Wes kids this past Saturday in the village and it was a lot of fun, but definitely missed you all when Kids came on, we could have jumped way better than they did. Anyway I hope that everyone is doing well and if you are going to be in the NY area at all let me know, I'll be here.
